Day#2 Second day at Fratelli La Bufala

Oggi per i ragazzi e i professori dell’Istituto “Ippolito Cavalcanti” di Napoli e’ stato il secondo giorno al ristorante Fratelli La Bufala in Piccadilly.

Today was the second day for the students and the teachers of the “Ippolito Cavalvanti” of Naples at Fratelli La Bufala Restaurant in Piccadilly.

I ragazzi hanno preparato la famosa pastiera napoletana, che prima di esser portata in tavola dovra’ “riposare” un paio di giorni.

The guys have cooked the famous Neapolitan pastiera. Before to eat the cake, is necessary to wait two days.

Di seguito vi mostriamo l’ antipasto che alcune clienti hanno ordinato: carpaccio di polpo su letto di misticanza condito all’olio extra vergine di oliva e aceto balsamico
